Pros

Very clear processes, everyone knows exactly what they need to do. There’s no waiting around for instructions or dealing with micromanagement. You get enough flexibility to manage your projects. Executives don’t have the burden of constantly explaining work or results to clients, so you can stay focused on your actual job. No pointless stand-up meetings. There are just direct, to-the-point conversations. Honestly, I don’t think any agency can match this culture.

No major downsides worth noting.
