Pros
There is great scope for learning at Rize especially if you are at the entry level or middle level. Company encourages learning new things faster. We can work on multiple projects at early stage and project exposure will be great.
Cons
Pressure will be high in few projects especially in the mobile apps development division. Need more project collaborative approach with in teams.
