Great relationship with the FD, was trusted to perform and take a step up in my career. The business is well set up with some great people and the support of a well manned IT function. For the most part had enough freedom to say that if I didn't like my job after 12 months in it it would be my own fault, something you cannot take for granted.

Depends on which part of the group you work for, the main con for me was the cyclical nature of the industry I worked in. Building teams up in the boom phase to cut them in the bust.

Opportunities for development, significant investment in diversification and leadership team that makes quick decisions.

Not a place to work if you want an easy life, its a dynamic environment with lots of context switching that isn't for everybody.
