Use and throw Policy. No weekoff's on saturdays and sundays ever. Poor management, No clear defined goals, Poor top management, instability. Lack of communication of the management from up to down. Full of false promises. Blame laid on employees when its a problem with the market or management issues. Not an employee first company.
