      Pros

      A pleasant and stress free environment. The general culture is that as long as you turn up, be professional and get the job done there's nothing wrong with taking a few minutes to unwind as well. The MD is a very passionate, honest and open person with a welcoming and genuine open door policy. The offices are clean, well presented and well kept.

      Cons

      Not that close to Wickford train station so commuting by train can involve a bit of a walk.

      Pros

      As a 19 year old looking for a full time employment following education, Riviera Networks offered me a job opportunity & i haven't looked back since. Having been a member of the team for over 5 years these are my pro's of working for this company : * Great learning/working environment. (Qualification courses are offered) * Varied workload (No job is the same each day) * Friendly & knowledgeable staff, with excellent team morale. * Clean & modern working facilities.

      Cons

      * Location isn't the best in terms of activities/options at lunch & after work * Poor local/public transport
