Management was to nice to people that didn't do there job

Bid for other jobs, possibility to make "a lot" of money

Located in south memphis, not many food options or grocery stores around. Cannot door dash or uber eats. Dirty, break rooms are small and can sometimes be overcrowded. Can bid for other jobs, but you have to be there long enough and have enough seniority. You will have to deal with the possibility of people not wanting to train due to envy, intimidation, etc. People have lost there lives in there due to negligence. If you can deal with working seven days a week, 12 hour shifts then go for it. Your other options would be sanitation but you have to deal with breathing in particles that can ultimately affect your health. They do have other companies you can apply for called frost.
