      Pros

      Good income. Easy implementations. Many ways to improve.

      Cons

      It has no process Bad inventory policies Too many extra staff at risk of layoffs There is no leadership There is no good treatment of staff Even though they say there are unlimited vacations, it is never a good time to take them. Paternity leave is said to be 14 weeks and they don't let you take it.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
