      Great teamwork, collaborative work style. Leadership and culture is based on honesty, integrity and transparency.

      Things move quickly here, it can be an environment that some might struggle in. Based on the amount of growth overall and establishing a company of this size can require someone to be able to pivot quickly and be flexible.

      the most amazing EV company and EV cars ON THE PLANET

      Cons

      abysmal salary for the sales team. high turn over. company is still VERY young. And there are a lot of growing pains. Not real strong middle management team (especially in sales)
