      Pros

      Everyone is so helpful. Rivian encourages collaboration and I am able to attend sourcing meetings that arent even for my team and learn from everyone. It's a great place to be and the managers make it fun. I also like that when people talk about diversity and inclusion it is sincere and not like they are doing it to check a box.

      Cons

      I haven't got to meet anyone yet in person.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
