      All people are appreciated, rewarded and recognised The most innovative company in the Automotive Industry today Technology led, Rivian don't just talk about technology they have the recipe for it Flexible working, all great employees and given the space, room, environment to do great work

      Exclusivity - Rivian only hires the best, its difficult to get a job

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
