      - Great place to work. - Nice company and very friendly environment. - Great coworkers. - Load work will depends on project status, sometimes you need to hard work, other times is quiet, but overall is ok. - Your voice is heard if you want to implement new technologies.

      Cons

      The company needs to have more communication with employees, specially with one that have no longer than 3 years, so they can really understand their issues...

      This is a good place to explore and try out new technology to help the content-management focus of Rivetlogic. If you have a good rationale for something, tell Sumer about it and get a meeting with interested peers.

      Cons

      The culture seemed to have a malaise last year. The organization seemed less organized & positive last year (2014). Maybe that has changed in the last year.
