Pros

Co workers are super nice, and place seams nice at first

Cons

Single biggest issue is management. Almost all problems stem from them. Everything is poorly managed. People are constantly leaving. Multiple of my coworkers have been left crying and traumatized due to management. Management would frequently freak out over very small issues. However whenever you brought issues to them they would never accept and would deny everything. Pay is far below market value. Management will constantly add on more work load and expect you to do more despite not compensating at all. Also was threatened multiple times to have pay docked. Many workers myself included were subjected to verbal abuse and toxic manipulation from the owner. Frequently was overworked and received very little help. Their moto might be serve people well, but it seems to only apply to customers. In the 4 years that rivet has been open they have already gone through 6 different head roasters. Which is one of the many clear signs of bad management here.

Pros

The other employees are all super chill and work really well together.

Cons

Upper management seem nice at first but are super toxic. I receive passive aggressive threats in the group chat when management is mad, and hear complaints that customers want normal things like condiments because it costs money. I was threatened to have pay docked (which is illegal) over something that wasn't trained (and thus turned into waste). Additionally, when management doesn't properly train they use the resulting mistakes to throw employees under the bus in front of customers. The lack of training makes shifts chaotic and disorganized - drinks and food pile up and nobody thinks to run them. People who are supposed to be shift lead in one department get lazy and move to a different department with easier tasks and very little structure for oversight.
