      Pros

      There is a Hybrid work system in place so you only have to go into the office once per week. People are friendly but mainly keep to themselves

      Cons

      Not a very interesting job Takes years to get up in the company Pay is only a tiny bit above minimum wage and they did not up the wages with the inflation For the work there is 2 big computers you will have to find space for

      Pros

      As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

      Cons

      Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.
