Pros
Least professional management and upper management I have ever worked with. Constant productivity checks no matter how busy you and the team are with other tasks. Expected to cover every aspect of every role with no financial incentive, while other staff aren't up-trained to help. Long hours especially at month ends and in peak months 45+ hrs - plus overtime is offered (most of the time offering hours back - that you may never get to take - instead of monetary incentives). Leaves no work life balance at all. Changing days off and rest days at no notice at all, expected to organise important appointments outside of work or you have to make the time up. Lunch breaks as early as 10 am on shifts finishing at 7pm, to help so called productivity even toilet breaks are timed/ limited to 15mins on 11hr shifts. Micromanaged. Ac doesn't work in office, though no legal upper limit they will lie to you about the temperature inside the building. Keeping you "happy" with half melted ice cream for working in temps 30'c+.
