Casual dress policy, some flexibility in work schedule, some of the people are truly dedicated and were great coworkers
Cons
Company seemed to be losing sight of caring for their employees. You were simply a number and easily replaceable. Although the core values state a wonderful mission in reality the only concern is the bottom line. They were often attempting to save money by doing things half way or finding a loophole. Although Healthcare was offered it was definitely subpar. No 401K match, again showing a lack of caring and investing in employees. There was definitely favoritism shown. It was hard to stay on track with goals and expectations as owners/senior leadership appear to not know what direction they were going. Definitely a place to learn the ropes but not a long term career.
