-toxic culture -leadership is out of touch and currently “cleaning house”. -rumors are going around that they will be forcing people back to office.

Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

Cons

Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
