Pros

Good people working for the company who really care about the work they do. Benefits are great. Many contracts so it’s easy to be moved when yours ends.

Cons

CEO is trying his best to make Riverside a destination company, but seems to think the best way to do so is to threaten everyone into pretending it’s true. He is demeaning and treats females the worst. When he decides he’s finished with you, he ignores you and sets you up to fail, because he would rather make you miserable so you quit instead of just firing you. His weekly emails, with empty apologies, are a testament to what a poor leader he is and highlight the bad business decisions he makes for all to see. Hopefully the board wakes up to the damage he’s causing.

Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

Cons

Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
