This place has meetings to talk about having meetings. Management is scared to death of making decisions, lest they take the blame while at the same time terrified of someone else making them lest the credit go to someone else. Paralyzed by fear. Developers at this company are treated like children and seen only as replaceable cogs. Anyone with talent won't stay working for this company long. It's just too frustrating. Salaries are low for the LA area, but if you don't want a commute, there aren't a lot of other options. Product direction is a mess.
