We are glad that our incentive program provided you with unlimited earning potential and you felts the value in the comprehensive commission/bonus program. As for the predictability, unfortunately that can be hard. The commission program has to factor multiple variables in and those variables can change based on the needs of the customer, market costs on things like equipment and programing, etc. We do our best to provide a detailed listing of all costs associated with new accounts that also lists out all costs and over time that can be sem-predictable, but unfortunately there is no firm way to fully predict it.
