Pros

Provides a cost savings incentive towards business owners on debit/credit transaction rates. Can guarantee savings compared to said business owners current bank/msp that handles processing transactions on business owner’s behalf.

Cons

Boiler room environment. I was told I was working a sale position that pays $22/hr. Come training I was then told I am a 1099, no salary, straight commission. Not what I signed up for! Very deceiving. ! I voiced my concern of how I was mislead and conveniently, they offered me a position in the office. More deception: First day at the office, in-person training I get told that it’s $15 an hour! “$22 / hour is the equivalent that you’ll earn with commission,” more deception. During my time in the office I was told I must stick to script, make phone calls non-stop, all while being put on the expectation to make goals in setting appointments. I was fine with that, but I also had leads I developed through my own network that were local that I wanted to pursue. I was told initially I could do so, but then after the 2nd week, the environment changed from supportive to hostile. We were being harped on about attendance. People were coming in late. For whatever reason, half way into my third week, I got told by my manager’s assistant that I would no longer work in office, but I could continue outside sales. I wasn’t happy with that, due to the fact that the reasoning behind my dismissal was due to my “tardiness,” despite the fact that two other employees on the same morning came in 30 mins late smelling like marijuana. Yet I got the hammer? Doesn’t make sense.

Pros

Will hire anyone, so if you can’t find anything else, you could definitely get a job here.

Cons

If you have ever worked for a credible company in your life, you will start noticing red flags day ONE. This company is beyond sketchy. Save yourself some time, and keep looking for something else. You will feel let down if you buy into the butterflies and rainbow facade. Completely unprofessional and pushy company. The reason they push for a “one call close” is so that business owners don’t have the time to think of questions about the service. If any job is selling to their new employees about how great it is, and how much money you’re going to make, THEY ARE LYING. Keep looking, a better job is out there!
