Pros

I have been at Riverside nearly 2 years next month. From the beginning I had him an amazing amount of support and education on how to sell. This was my first time in sales. The system that is taught is simple, ethical, and comes with great compensation. This company and whole environment even when we are all far apart throughout the country has changed my mind set, my goals, daily habits, and focus in life. It’s been truly amazing. I also moved up in the company after about a year of hard work. And look forward to much more growth here at Riverside Payments. We give all the tools, and look for people who are willing to commit and learn. The company is a ton of fun. We have bonuses often, celebrate, and make the culture a family.

Cons

This job isn’t a piece of cake. If you want to work 25 hours a week you will not be making great money. You have to put in the time and you have to be willing to go business to business. This is not necessarily a con, this is a warning that it does take hard work and not everybody that comes on has the drive to put in the effort. But if you do, you’re rewarded financially and mentally.

Will hire anyone, so if you can’t find anything else, you could definitely get a job here.

Cons

If you have ever worked for a credible company in your life, you will start noticing red flags day ONE. This company is beyond sketchy. Save yourself some time, and keep looking for something else. You will feel let down if you buy into the butterflies and rainbow facade. Completely unprofessional and pushy company. The reason they push for a “one call close” is so that business owners don’t have the time to think of questions about the service. If any job is selling to their new employees about how great it is, and how much money you’re going to make, THEY ARE LYING. Keep looking, a better job is out there!
