      Time off is pretty good. Fake it till you make it job. Sky’s the limit just lie

      Cons

      The money is subpar, managers don’t actually know the job, rules only apply to certain employees and not friends of managers. Promotions are based on who you know. Lots of credit being taken for work that is done by a few.

      Supportive and kind departmental team environment. Several opportunities to engage with other departments for growth. Great benefits - stipend for winter gear, stipend for horticultural classes, 401k match.

      Cons

      More action needed towards language and environmental justice (bilingual programming, accessible programming). In need of more options for community decision making.
