      The view from the store front was pretty nice!

      Cons

      Family run with very backwards management style. Homophobic and sexist comments by CEO. Only family can succeed here. Felt like my entire experience was a joke.

      Working on the water in the summer

      Cons

      Boss tells you there is profit sharing. Then always says we didn't make a profit this year. Then him and his son buy new cars before Christmas every year. Right after winterization season. That sums up how the company is run.
