Pros
This company has great benefits for anyone who is interested in obtaining more education to increase their marketability. I have seen a very positive improvement over the last few decades at Riverside when it comes to encouraging professionalism and input from the bedside nurse.
Cons
As with other healthcare companies in the Tidewater area, there is a tendency to promote leaders who are not willing to address bullying behaviors of others.
