Pros
Riverside has great people and a fun startup vibe. I've been in the company for over a year and it has already changed and grown so much in a positive way. What I like about it is that I can work remotely and be independent, but still feel that we are working on one product. I have a lot of responsibilities in my day-to-day work and freedom while being part of a startup. There are interesting growth opportunities because we are still young and growing as a company, so you can have a lot of impact as an employee. I love to feel connected to the Israeli high-tech world (while working remotely) and to be part of an interesting product with a lot of potentials.
Cons
Working remotely can also be hard sometimes. Sometimes I miss the office and being with my friends from work. You need to be independent and like to work by yourself if you're working remotely. When the company is growing the mentality also changes a bit to be more corporate.
