Pros
If you're a 22 years old with 10 years experience and obviously without a life they'll love to set you up with a basic matters under your desk at the open space office
Cons
Extreme sweat shop, no work life balance in any kind of way, Work hours are from 8am until 10pm and then there's always "on call" and working at the weekends obviously because "we only missed one thing". They'll throw everything they can in your way and even if you did great for years - if you mess up you're fired without a second thought.
