Pros
- Established start up that is in scale up mode, really fun combo B2C & B2B motions that keeps every day interesting where reps have a ton of leads to work with - competitive pay with good benefits including monthly wellness expensing - fully remote with WeWork optional option for Toronto based employees (ultimate flexibility and employer trust)
Cons
Being a fully remote company, there is less cross-department mingling and meetings so if you are a more social employee you need to do your own outreach or join the social committee/get involved to feel more connected. (some people may see this as a pro haha)
