      Great pay, great team work, great educational opportunities. Incredible physician team. Teaching hospital. In-house ER clinical pharmacist. High acuity patients. Level one trauma, NIR, STEMI.

      Cons

      Management excepts a lot. Standard 4:1 ratio. Often out of ratio. No financial incentive structure or clinical ladder. Population is rough, homeless population is often aggressive.
