With over 25 years of experience in the advertising and entertainment industries, I can say without exaggeration that working for a woman-owned advertising agency is a breath of fresh air. Rivers Agency is helmed by a woman who has the business acumen to celebrate over 30 years doing what she loves, while never losing sight of the welfare of her community and her employees. She has surrounded herself with a talented team of professionals who work passionately together to push the creative and technical envelope every day for their clients. I am proud to have been part of this team for nearly four years, and have been continually fulfilled by the diversity of our clients, the longevity of our relationships, and the inspiration I draw from my teammates. I hope to spend many more years here as a valued member of the team.

There are no negatives that come to mind. Having many years of experience, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. The Rivers Agency is an exceptional place to work.

Rivers Agency is a great place to work. Having been here for almost a year and a half, I have found that this has been a very welcoming environment. The team is happy to help and are able to provide valuable insight and assistance due to the incredible talent on board. Thank to the team's assistance, I was able to assimilate quickly and jump right in where needed. I was able to learn along the way, with the team being understanding and positive when a task was completed incorrectly. Even a year and a half in, I do not feel as though I cannot express ideas, concerns and thoughts with at least one of my colleagues. Overall, I have found that being a part of this team is invigorating, exciting and fun. The people on the team are great, both as colleagues and as humans; it is refreshing to find something like Rivers!
