      Pros

      You can come and go as you please. Work one day a week if you want, nobody is obligated to do any actual work.

      Cons

      This is a very corrupt church, leadership is intentionally trying to force the church into failure. This is a money grab for the chosen circle. Behind closed doors leadership talks about the congregation as if they are cash cows.

      Pros

      Riverbend has great communication and an overall environment of positivity and encouragement. After being burned by jobs in the past this was a place to create freely and bring ideas to the table.

      Cons

      Church life can get busy and it can be hard to get all the details down for something when everyone has different schedules. That's the only con I could think of.
