Pros

This is a company that is aggressively trying to grow. Always looking for a new opportunity. It is a young company, and small, so that can be a great thing.

Cons

It is contract based. This means turnover does happen from time to time. This also means working in government organizations. Government is slow moving and often wasteful. Vacation time is scare because most employees time is billable to the client. Forget ever getting 4 weeks vacation. Holiday's are also scarce for the same reason. It is small. This means if you don't see the perfect job fit right now, you may not ever see it. Sometimes the small companies do have great opportunities, but if you are looking to start low and work your way up, it probably won't happen. There just aren't many positions open at the top, and probably won't be for a while. They don't pay for training much, so you will probably be on your own with career advancement.

Pros

The reputation at Fort Knox about this company and its employees is talked about in dark corners.

Cons

The conversations and reputation about company and its employees are such a joke you are ashamed you accepted the role.
