Pros
Salary, benefits, gym, food discounts, most of the employees at the same level were good, but stressed out. The office was pretty nice.
Cons
Impossible to get your job done and maintain any sort of health work life balance. Company was going through reorg led by outside consultants, employees thoughts and ideas disregarded. Not transparent, good people let go for no reason. If you speak up to disagree you were a blocker. Parking was horrible.
