There is no cons that I have come across

- The therapists are great as coworkers and are diligent therapists

Suspicious that the only high ratings are in the corporate or office jobs and THE ONE negative is a healthcare worker. Piggybacking off that Hebrew Home is nothing but corporate healthcare where office workers nag you if you’re wearing scrubs while you’re trying to provide good patient care. Enjoy the office life working as a corporate monkey in this place but stay away if you’re nursing staff or rehab. They scold and reprimand rehab for every little thing yet rehab is the reason why facilities like this one get paid. Patient caseloads are unsustainable because of upper administration and therapists are spread thin and overworked. There's a reason why healthcare workers are leaving this place and I want this to be a huge banner for any future nursing and rehab staff contemplating this place.
