      Benefits, clean, organized, fairly well maintained older equipment.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership(2nd shift), lack of training according to SOP, ISO or safety. Gossip an Sycophant groups endorsed and escalated by dishonest leadership... The result; lack of trust, lack of job security, massive turnover and to much overtime.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for creative people to make process improvements . Management is open to change. Somewhat flexible work schedule for office employees.

      Cons

      Benefits (insurance, salary) are poor, high turnover- newer people don't tend to stick around very long. Otherwise not a bad place.
