Loved working 2nd shift with a 3-day weekend. Made some good friends.

Occasionally we would have a short staff to finish all the necessary jobs... stress level would rise for some.

Great opportunities for creative people to make process improvements . Management is open to change. Somewhat flexible work schedule for office employees.

Benefits (insurance, salary) are poor, high turnover- newer people don't tend to stick around very long. Otherwise not a bad place.
