Pros

They will give you quite a lot of time to learn about the industry and the work that you'll be doing usually for new comers, you'll be studying and doing exams for the first months. If you have any personal objectives or paths that interest you they will listen to them and do what they can to help you. If you have any interest in any topic they will do their best to make it happen. It is an amazing place to grow and learn. They also have a talent for hiring really good people which creates an amazing atmosphere in the office or when working remotely.

Cons

As a consultant you will need to travel but that is more of a personal preference. The pay could be slightly better but they will listen to you and make sure that your concerns are heard, don't be afraid to voice them.

Pros

Proud to be a part of this dynamic, effective team.

Cons

The team at large don't attend the office in person much at all. I feel overall cohesion and belonging would improve if attendance did. Management are too soft on this which is a good... and a bad thing.

Pros

Annual company kick off we got to go abroad for this. Quarterly company dinners Some of the staff are nice and can get along with well

Cons

Toxic environment is quite obvious as leadership are quick to blame and shame staff. As a result middle management do whatever they can to avoid responsibility wherever possible. Some colleagues are quite amateurish which puts pressure on other team members, mainly down to the fact most people are paid low salaries compared to industry average. Middle management do have their own clique in which they look out for each other. Turnover of staff is quite high in certain departments, I have seen staff told to come into the office early and then have a HR meeting in the morning and told to leave the organisation first thing. Senior leadership are reluctant to spend, which can make life difficult as the team as we don't have the resources needed to succeed.
