Unlimited PTO, Flex Fridays, & friendly team! If you're looking to get into analytics, or Amazon advertising this is a good place to start and gain some valuable experience.
Cons
Since RiverGuide is an agency there was always some instability in clientele. If you don't have seniority at this company your role won't always be secure, even if you are hard-working and showcase good performance. More on that note...if you work on a team, personal responsibilities and achievements can go unnoticed.
