no cons, just writing this so I can look at others

The atmosphere and staff are charming, and the clientele are the best around. Hours are decent and flexible. The food, especially specials, are quite good.

The owner has not a clue what he is doing. The management transitions are ridiculously sloppy, and the training of new employees is non-existent.
