Poor management, won't sign off holidays and then try to give warnings. No training. Get spoke to like your a child. Won't believe you when your off sick. Work you to the bone and no thank you or appreciation. A lot of sly/titfortat behaviour. Complete power struggle with young managers. Just a horrible place to work. I hope no one has to experience what I did.
