Working directly with clients. It gives you the oppurntunity to make a positive impact on their lives. This position does offer great experience to those looking for professional advancement and development.
Cons
"Its always been done this way" mindset. The focus became less about the consumers and more about revenue. It felt as though the organization was stagnant.
