      The project is very innovative with opportunity to learn about the whole value chain in the satellite industry. Diverse teams including a good mix of very experienced and less experience people in the industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes last minute work but this is to be expected given the complexity of the project.

      Cons

      Making a difference in the public safety industry is a slow and tedious. Now that the Federal Government is involved in the decision making process, the politics and bureaucracy is dragging down progress. Making headway seems more like avoiding pitfalls rather than doing the right thing.
