Pros
None, couldn't even get hired with the appropriate skills. Job position that I didn't get is still open too and has been for months.
Cons
Multiple. You probably won't even get hired like me. Applied for multiple positions after not being contacted about the first one. Never heard anything on the other applications either. They don't care who they hire. They're too focused on degree's and certifications vs someone with a proven track record that can answer all of their interview questions correctly.
