      * Perfect place to Learn Newer IT technologies' s for IT aspirants and beginners. * Great Work Life balance as the management is very much flexible that provides space to perform your best even at difficult times. * Healthy office environment and appraisal process. * Project driven company that allows lots of opportunities to work on newer technologies and stay up to date. * Top Management is been very supportive allowing ample amount of opportunities to grow and prosper. * Supportive Staff and Team Leads helping you with any technical challenges faced.

      Cons

      * Six days working culture that makes it a bit difficult to manage but the 8 hours work culture and flexibility with offs cover this concern however 5 days would have been better.

      Pros

      It's good place to start working as a fresher with no experience where I got to learn a lot of new things that my school didn't teach me. Got to work on lot of project as an intern.

      Cons

      To a fresher, this is a good place to start with, but with the experience that I gained there, I am looking for a job that is more challenging than the current one.
