      Less Work (If that is a pro) Lots of time for relaxations like gossip, facebook-ing etc Non accountability for work.Much like a govt concern

      Cons

      Half Engineers job Typical govt office scenario almost nil professional growth (apart from the salary ofcourse!)

      Mentor training to help build up skills already possess; high salary; many different employment opportunities in different industries.

      No cohesiveness with management. Personal culture brought to work place.
