Pros
Pay is good with awesome raises and a bonus at the end of every year. Small facility and small crews.
Cons
Ready or not your “training” comes to an end after 8 weeks. I know that sounds like a long time but you are not with qualified trainers just other employees that haven’t even been there a year. There’s no cafeteria just a canteen with lots of junk food. You may get a knowledgeable lead or one that doesn’t care and that’s not up to you what team you go on.
