Pros
Some of the people are nice and friendly, and donuts on fridays
Cons
Supervisor shows favoritism to certain people and it's very obvious. They don't care about employees as much as they say they do. They do not have enough man power to complete the jobs so it makes everyone else work 11 hours a day for 6 days a week. You are looked down upon if you take PTO unless your one of the leads or favorites then you take PTO when we are the busiest so that there crew has to come in on weekends
