Struggling with Leadership Transition, Employees suffer in silence - Anonymous employee Rite Hite Corporation Employee Review

People are fired with little to no explanation and they have lost so much young talent (0-10 years into their careers) to resignation in the last 9 months due to the hostile environment. Meanwhile, many have been working there for 30-40 years and are checked out. Hours can be 50+ hours per week but leaders only come in from 10am-2pm a few days a week at best. Complete disconnect from leadership to the rest of the company. Most of the Executive Leadership Team was hired in the last few months with no understanding of the business. Conducted an employee survey and found that of the people that completed it, only 60% believe we live our values and are honest, and have work/life balance. Leadership ignores this completely and only wants to address what makes them look good. People who speak up and ask for support or development opportunities are punished or ignored. I would not recommend it.
