Pros

Depending on were you work, the co-workers are amazing. The managers are amazing, again depending on were you work. It's like having a second family. It's very hard to say good-bye if you get another job.

Cons

Payroll is absolutely terrible! Unless you're full-time, don't expect to get more than 20 hours a week. You are expected to do a lot of work in little time and no help because of how low payroll is. It's very hard to get promoted. All you get are promises for your District Manager that never get followed through. Most stores are open 365 days. So if you have a family, expect to work important holidays that are ment to spend with family. This goes to working in the pharmacy as well.
