Pros

They do pay well if you are in management but cashiers get minimum wage.

Cons

Way too much work heaped upon store associates. This is the nature of retail but some stores are being run with such little payroll, store managers are running the register and are in the stores by themselves for hours almost daily. They treat all of the front end staff as expendible but pharmacy staff (techs included) can get away with just short of murder before they are even spoken to. Most pharmacists are just mercenaries. They don't give a darn about the customers, they are just there for a paycheck. Problem with this is: If they keep pissing off the customers, you get blamed and lose your sales and bonus. DM's have favorites as in most companies but, all too often they are some of the poorest managers and associates but keep their jobs because the DM likes them.
