      If u don’t want to work more the. 40 to 45 hrs a week this is the place

      Cons

      You can work 60 hrs a week some months when they need you ... only if they need you.. pay falls on 7th and 22 th of each month suck for me that y I quit

      Pros

      Supportive environment encourages initiative. Employees are felt valued and heard. Once toxic management was reviewed, atmosphere is one of encouragement. Corporate is approachable and interested in the day to day operations. Always receptive to concerns and suggestions. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Slightly outdated pay increase policy limits raises to annual rather than merit based.
